At Sugar Story Academy, we offer online and offline baking courses and workshops. As our services are intangible and knowledge-based, we do not offer returns or refunds once a course or workshop has been purchased.

Course Enrolments

• All course registrations are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Once enrolled, cancellations or withdrawals will not be eligible for any refund.

• Course access, materials, and resources are provided immediately upon confirmation, making returns not applicable.

Rescheduling & Batch Changes

• Requests for batch changes or rescheduling may be considered only at the discretion of Sugar Story Academy, subject to availability.

• Any such requests must be communicated in advance.
