Sugar Story Academy provides baking education through online and offline courses, workshops, and related learning materials. All content is designed for educational purposes only.

By enrolling in any course or using our services, you confirm that:

3. Enrolments & Payments

  • All course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrolment.

  • Course registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices, course structure, and schedules are subject to change at the discretion of Sugar Story Academy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Sugar Story Academy — including but not limited to recipes, videos, images, text, course materials, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Sugar Story Academy.

  • Content may not be copied, shared, reproduced, resold, or distributed without prior written consent.

  • Course materials are strictly for personal learning use only.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

  • Maintain respectful behaviour towards instructors and fellow students

  • Not engage in disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful conduct

  • Follow safety and hygiene instructions during classes and workshops

Failure to comply may result in removal from the course without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sugar Story Academy is not responsible for:

  • Individual results achieved through course participation

  • Allergic reactions, injuries, or damages arising from the use of ingredients, tools, or techniques taught

  • Any technical issues beyond our control during online sessions

Participants are responsible for following instructions safely and using discretion while practicing.

7. Schedule Changes & Cancellations

  • Sugar Story Academy reserves the right to reschedule or modify classes if required.

  • In the event of a course or workshop cancellation by Sugar Story Academy, appropriate alternatives or credits may be offered.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information shared with us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be misused or shared without consent.

9. Termination of Access

Sugar Story Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to courses or services if these Terms are violated, without obligation to provide a refund.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai.
